Mandari thillana meaning

Hello,

I need the meaning of the Charanam for the mandari thillana by Tanjavur Quartet.

C: mEDi sogasu palumIDi kulukugala pODimati mummADikedurucunu
bEDi keduru jUcu cunnadira shrI jAracOrA dhIrava dhIra vinara

Some corrections to the sahityam::

It is::mEni sogasu ..... kulukugala ......mummADikedurucunu
BhETi keduru jUcu cunnadirA shrI jAracOra DhIrADhiDhIra vinara[C]

Was not able to make out the words::'palumiDi' and 'pODimati'

Savitri: Could the line be- mETi sogasu palumITi kulukala poTimadi mummADikedurucunu? It is hard to figure out the correct pronunciation from a tamil scripted lyric.

Lakshman Sir, you are right. The word 'mETi' is correct.
It rhymes perfectly with the first word of the second line 'bhETi'.
Trying to get the words 'palumiti' and 'poTimadi'cleared.

{'jAracOra' is a reference to Sri kriShNa, meaning,an adulterer,a thief}
