how to upload the files to this site?

i have registered to binfire and i have no idea to upload the files to this site . pls tell me the steps to follow to upload the files from any where.thank u

You cannot u/l files to this site. You may u/l them to other service providers such as rapidshare/esnip/mediafile etc., and then share the link here. We do not permit sharing commercial files at this site...
