Rasikas,
I'm looking to write an article (for my newspaper, Mint) on the subject of new media in an old art, looking at the interesting emergence of features like Wiki, blogging, podcasts, Twitter, Facebook etc. in Carnatic music. I'm therefore looking to talk to some of the people who started / work on Wiki projects like the Tyagaraja or Purandaradasa lyrics pages.
In addition, I'd be interested to know other interesting things that could be featured in this column. For eg., more than one Carnatic musician now blogs. Sanjay has his podcasts and Twitter, as well as Facebook updates. I remember reading on this forum that somewhere online there's a sruti analyser? (But my memory fails me on this point.)
If you have leads to any of the above, I'd deeply appreciate an email to samanth at gmail dot com.
Regards,
Samanth
