I think the second charanam goes something like this:

matanga munivara vandita Isha sarva digambara vESTita vESa
Nritya niranjana Nitya natesha
Isha sabEsha sarvEsha

The lord (Isha) who is worshipped (vandita)by Muni Matanga (Matanga Munivara) , He whose only clothing is the sky (sarva digambara vestita vesha), He who is enterained by dance(nritya niranja) , he is also the eternal lord of Dance (nitya natesha)

He is Isha, Sabhesha ( Nataraja), Sarvesha (The form assumed by Shiva to qench the anger of Narasimha after killing Hiranyakashipu).

Hope this helps, vini.
