I wonder if anyone ever could find at least a single answer. This was worse than decrypting da vinci code.

Poochi, Saurashtram and Paras (the answers to questions to 8,5 and 6 ) were reasonably easy to decipher. But the others were real tuffies
But a quiz should be tough , isnt it ? :)

Thanks Makham !

The decoding of cryptic clues is an art that can be cultivated. Four members had got ALL of these right and one member had got half of these right - these were conveyed over email.

Why don't you post the names of those who'd got them all right. They deserve a round of applause!

Mohanam, Vatapi and Manirangu are the ones I missed. However, figured out Harmonium anyways. Nice quiz Makham. Keep them coming.

Thanks

I got Saurashtram and Harmonium. The exercise is quite a tough one. Some clues are quite obscure ;) Keep them coming though. I first thought the Turkish one is Kalyani but then Haromonium put the kibosh on that!!

Now that we know your drift, we can hope to do better.

Those who reported ALL correct answers are:
Ahiri, Annapoorne, Radha Thiagarajan and Mythili ( the last two seem to be guest visitors to the site and not registered members).
The one who kept reporting answers in instalments and showed perseverance is Punarvasu.
From the posts it is seen that others have had a go at cracking the clues but did not report
Great. Thanks for the good response. Await the next instalment.
