I wanted to know more about the raga Navroj. Definitely there will be lots of discussions on this raga. As I could not find the earlier discussions on this raga I was about to start a new discussion thread on this subject.
Before that I thought I can place a request to the administrator to provide a search box for each major head and if sorted on the 'subject', it may easy for us to see the old discussions and add or get some more information.
I am really happy that you have added a separate thread in carnatic wiki for the search of a lyric that has been already discussed in rasikas.org.
Thanks
Narasimhan

There is a blue bar extending across the top of these pages from the right edge of the picture of Smt. MSS and Smt. Radha Visvanathan with the following tabs/options:
Intro Index Users Rules Search Links Wiki Profile Logout
You can click on the 'search' tab http://www.rasikas.org/search.php, and it will take you to a page where you will have the otion to search for a keyword or phrase, or by author. You also have dropdown menus to chose to search the entire site (all forums), or limit your search to a particular forum. You also have the option to search for your word/phrase in the title of threads, or in the messages, or both.
You will have to be creative with the spelling because you have to match the original poster's spelling!
I tried to use two spellings for the rAga you are interested in - navroj and navroz. To start with, I limitted my search to the rAga-AlApana forum - there were no hits with either spelling, meaning that there has been no discussion on navroz (or at least, with those spellings) - for a lark, I tried navroze/navroje, navroju/navrozu with no luck either!
This is the output for navroz when I did not limit my search to a specific forum:

And, as you can see, none of these are actually discussions on the rAga - it means that this rAga featured in messages in those forums....
And similarly, for navroj, I found several hits, but none of them was a discussion of the rAga.
So, I think you should go ahead and open a new topic in the "rAga-AlApana" forum and discuss navrOj/navrOz.
I hope this helps.

You have raised a good feature request of sorting on a subject. If google search is brought inside the bulletin board , almost all our headache of searching will be gone
