In the last two days, I am unable to hear any thing out of the above service. I am able to connect, my name appears on the top left of the screen, this means I am logged in, but, cannot hear any section of the service, be it shruti, hindustani, old hindi songs...etc. This has happened to me before and I have tried their on line help. A big help it is !!! Some times I wonder whether the person on the other side, reads what you are posting. I concede they are polite and every thing, but they are unable to sort out the issues. Last time they advised me that they will forward the problem to their technical dept and that was the last I heard from them. The service returned after a couple of days. Now in the last two days, nothing. I have tried other "stations" such as musicindiaonline, raaga etc and their radio works fine in the computer..
Would like to share with other forumites on this issue...
