Obituaries thread

Sangeet Rasik has suggested that there be an obituaries thread for CM musicians and musicologists. So here goes.

Srkris, not sure if I got his meaning right...I think he had meant a separate forum. A thread could cause confusion. But I leave it to your best judgement.

Thanks. I actually meant a thread, not an entire forum. Hopefully posters will scan the list of threads and post Obits in the designated thread. Maybe it can be made a Sticky so it always shows up on the top. SR
