Script problem on a document

I would like to know if there is a way to enhance the script on this document to make it more legible. Also can the blue shade be eliminated? Thanks. The sample file is available here:

These are the steps adopted by me :-

Took it to Photoshop.
In gray mode, auto corrected for level and contrast.
Saved it as jpg file.
The result is the document mailed to you.

I don't use Photoshop as such, but would suggest a little sharpen too.
