Not sure if this is a correct forum for this question. If i would like to upload a song for asking the meaning where can i upload it? It's audio clip.
Do we have any gmail account for these kind of questions or if anyone need the particular song , do the members usually send to personal email ids? Then why don't we create an google account and upload the songs there?

I guess you could upload the song to any of the free sites such as sendspace.com or rogepost.com (?) or rapidshare.com.
Then give that link here and post it under sAhityam section where meanings are discussed. It is better to discuss it here since it would be of interest to many people. Only when it requires extended discussion on a personal basis you need to send personal emails to the person of your choice by clicking on their userid name wherein you will get their profile screen from which you can send the email.
