Transliteration of tif or bmp files
Does anyone have ideas about this? I would like to convert some notations into English or dEvanAgari scripts. Thanks.

= a lot of work 
1. Good quality OCR software.
2. Manual correction of original characters if OCR fails (perhaps it won't work on Indic scripts)
3. Word by word manual translation.
4. Proofing by a musically capable person.
5. Final edit and formatting.
6.Publish, archive.
