I wish I could help you. But I am not in the habit of surfing YouTube for dance videos.
The raga of the linked varnam seems to be Punnagavarali, and tala is Adi tala. About the composer and singer, you will have to do some research.

Main raga punnagavarali, transitions into a couple others (heard kalyani) later.
My sense is that these competition pieces (largely in Kerala) are specially created by a local composer. There are many floating around and no one ever bothers to attribute them to a composer. It's a shame, since the music is sometimes good, while the dancing often leaves a lot to be desired...

I agree with you, sir.
There are two rampant evils in Bharatanatyam:
1. Dancing to readily available pirated dance music with scant respect for choreographers, musicians, and composers.
2. Not even acknowledging the live music artistes, especially in TV shows.
The day we start celebrating the genre of Bharatanatyam music will be a better day for Bharatanatyam. I wrote about this a while ago:
