Today I attended the function since being Seetha kalyanam. Lot of devotees were present. Valaignaman Ragurama Bhagavathar was the main assisted by Thanjavur Rajesh on Harmonium and Venkatesan and Ganesan as co singers. It was very nice and each song started with slokam in different ragas. Kalyani, Kambodhi, Karaharapriya, Begada and Arabhi to name few. It was more or less a concert lasting 4 hours with niraval and Thani. On Mirudhangam Shri Venkataramani disciple of Tiruvarur Kunju Iyer and Padma [ Disciple?] Shri Ramesh was on Dolaki. The entire programme was quite pleasing. There was perfect alignment with coordination in rendering chorus and individual songs. The team [ all Post Graduates in different discipline] was well appreciated by the gathering of around 750. This is 44th year of celebration by Sath Sangam Sri Radha Madhav Bajan Mandali. There was Annadhanam at the end.
