Let me try:
This is a prayer to Shiva, the Lord self-created, and engaged in Ananda Tandava. As mentioned elsewhere, at the end of the tandava, Shiva played the damaru (two sided drum in hand) which produced the entire (Sanskrit) alphabet. That is the basis of language.

Word meaning :
tajjharita jharita - from that, flowing, flowing
Damaruka dhvanija- born of the damaru sounds
ityAdyakSara - the syllables starting with "a"
shrSTi kArakam - the Creator Shiva
muraLI svara laya 
sammELanam- the Union of the melody and rhythm emanating from the flute (BMK mudra)
bhavadIyAnanda tANDavam-the cosmic dancer Shiva the source of all Bliss,
shambhO - oh Shambhu! svayambhO - oh Self-created One!
abhivAdayE aham- I pray to you
bhO vibhO- oh Lord!

Sachi, doesn't abhivAdayE mean 'I salute you'? At least that is what I thought we did when we introduced ourselves (abhivAdayE etc...)

As Savitri-ji kindly clarified,
The words up to Ananda tAndavam describe Shiva's cosmic dance. The second part is a salutation.
So in your choreography, you have scope to bring in
The cosmic dance
The audience consisting of the siddhas like Sanaka
The sound of the damaru
The alphabet... In fact the entire Maheshwara stotra is an impressive chant
Then the obeisance
Describing Shiva as the great God.
