Looking for a rental space for musician rehearsal..

My daughter will be performing Bharatanatyam in Chennai in the month of August. I am looking for a place to rent
for the musician rehearsal. If any of you know of a place in and around Besant Nagar, please let me know.
Do dance teachers rent their studios for musician rehearsal ?

Even if there is a big hall without a stage that is also fine as i am looking for musician practice.
Does Kalakshetra rent their classroom for musician practice?
