SRGMPDN-Washington DC- Vocal Concert

A small group of carnatic music enthusiasts in the Washington DC metro area recently initiated a forum for carnatic music under the banner, ‘SRGMPDN’. The forum will be hosting its first concert on Sunday, March 20th featuring

Chi. Sidharth Kumar- Vocal
Chi. Kamalakiran- Violin
Chi. Ajay Ravichandran - Mrudangam
Chi. Vivek Chellappa - Kanjira

The concert will be streamed live on http://www.ustream.tv/channel/srgmpdn-music-forum (free of cost and hence there may be a few advts)

Wonderful effort. Before I hear to the concert, I wish you guys all the best for this small forum to grow into an organization dedicated to the true promotion of CM in DC and around.
Should the sabha renamed as "Chittharanjini", as the upper shadjam is missing in the name SRGMPDN ("Sapthaswara" is more common and hence nothing new)
