If you go to the Kalpathy homepage:
http://www.kalpathyviswanathaswami.org/ ... ation1.htm
you can hear a song playing in the background. Can you identify the song? And who is the artiste? Sounds so lovely.

The song is mAyE tvam yAhi - Muttuswami dikshitar's kriti in tarangiNi - here played with the modified version using chatushruti daivata.

I am not sure who the artiste is - May be TNK?

Thank you, Ramkriya and Lakshman. It sounded like Naryanagaula in many places, but has a few prayogas that are distinct. Must be a harikambodhi janyam.

Can someone provide the raga details please. Perhaps this is another ragam (like Balahamsa) that needs to be made more popular.

Any other major compositions in this ragam?
