Veena strings in the US

What is the best source for buying strings for the Veena in the US? I have been buying from Amazon.com, but it doesn't scale in the long run since they are selling a set for $15. Also, it is natural to only change the sarani string more frequently, so buying a set each time is overkill.

Hi,

The best option would be to stock as much as you could from India whenever you visit or you could have your friends pick up a roll from Sapthaswara or any other store. (Just give them the number - 28, 29 or 30 depending on what your fingers are used to - for SaaraNi string).
