There is quite an extensive (and expensive!) book , Hastha Prayogaah by Jayalakshmi Eswar, accompanied by a looooong DVD with more viniyogas than in Swati Soft Sol. DVD. There is nothing in the book which cannot be found in the DVD. And since the DVD was quite a bargain to buy on jayq , I did not even think of buying the book!

I just read this request today...I am not sure if you have already found the resources on the Viniyogas...but, I found this link that describes the Usages of each hasta....and yes, you are right, for Pathaka Hasta, it begins with "Natyaarambhe..."
