Hi,
I am looking for a suitable one-liner/ short verse about Bharatanatyam for the cover page of a dance brochure. Can anyone help me with it. I am looking for something that hasn't been used commonly.

Thanks

1. The nATyaveda has been compiled by Lord brahmA (SRTo) who is the knower of all the vedas (sarvavedinA). The pATHYa (or kathAs, stories) have been taken (jagrAh) from Rgaveda (Rgavedat) the gIta (songs and lyrics) have been taken from sAmaveda ( sAmato), the abhinayas (abhinayAn) from yajurveda (yajurvedAt) and rasa (rasAn) has been taken from atharvaveda (athrvaNAdapi). In this way (evam), the great soul/brahmA (mahAtmanA) joined parts of the vedas and upavedas (vedOpavedaih) and composed the nATyaveda.

2. it is not possible to get the ultimate end of this Natya vidya because knowledge and art have no limits.

the next one... later....... :)
it takes too much time to translate verses of the natya shastra... they are in very compicated sanskrit... :)
