Rasikapriya: here goes - Once again, a fabulous choice. You do have the uncanny ability to pick quality pieces!

pallavi
shivakAma sundari jagadamba vandaruL tandaruL

Oh beautiful (sundarI) object of SivA's desire (Siva kAma), mother (ambA) of the universe (jagat), please come (vandu) and bless me (aruL) and shower (tandu) your grace (aruL) on me!

anupallavi
bhava rOgam ara vEru marundEdu
pazha vinaigaL toDarAmal unai bhajikka

Is there (Edu) any other (vEru) medicine/remedy (marundu) to destroy/be rid of (ara) the disease (rOgam) of this tedious worldly (bhava) existence? Please bless me with the ability to meditate on/pray to (bhajikka) you (unai), so that the sins/consequences (vinaigaL) of my past/previous births (pazha) will not follow me (todarAmal)

caraNam
kELAyO en muraigaL uyar sAma gIta vinOdini pOdum un sOdanai
tALEnE agati nAnE rAmadAsan paNiyum abhirAmi vAmi

Won't you listen (kELAyO) to my (en) entreaties (muraigaL), Oh dEvi who delights (vinOdini) in high quality (uyar) music (sAma gIta)? Enough (pOdum) of your (un) testing/trials (sOdanai), I cannot bear it (tALEnE) any more. Oh beautiful pArvatI (abhirAmi vAmI), you are the one that I (nAnE), rAmadAsan (the mudra of pApanASam SrI Sivan, the composer), a destitute person (agati) bows down to (paNiyum).

make a perfect bhakti item
I am glad I can now understand the meaning fully

Thank you :)
