Depends on what kind of piece you are looking for:
If you want a small piece, you can try Sudha Raghunathan's CD for Amutham Inc. called Dance of Siva - they are presented ready to be danced with appropriate jatIs interwoven. In that, I like kAl mAri ADiya kanakasabhESa (kuntalavarALI), idadupadam tUki (khamAs) and ADavallan yemmai ALavallAn (rAgamAlikA).
There are several padavarNams on Siva - konjum sadangai tigarzhum (latAngI), swAmi nAn undan aDimai (nATTaikurinjI), swAmiyai azhaittuvADI (khamAs).
Then there is always the naTESa kauttuvam (hamsadhwani/varALI)....

One of our members, Mohan Ayyar, has set the siva pancAkSaram to an imaginative rAgamAlika (nATTai, madhuvanti, Sivaranjani, valacI, yamankalyAN) with pulsating jatIs between the 'akSarAs'.
If you are looking for a padam, try tiruvottriyUr tyAgESan chidvilAsakAranaDI...

You can probably do Ananda naTana prakAsam in kEdAram. Ananda naTamAduvAr tillai in pUrvikalyANi is also a good composition for dance.

One of my favorites is "chandra chooDa Siva Sankara pArvatI" in ragamalika by Sri Purandaradasar, if you're just looking for a simple padam.

For songs particular to Siva's tandavam, I would suggest the same Sudha Raghunathan CD that Ravi has already mentioned. Also the album "Siva Dharisanam" by Bombay Sisters is a good one... some songs that are off the beaten path. I used one for my arangetram.

"Ananda koothADinAr" in rishabapriya and "Ananda koothanin" in hamsanandi are traditional dance pieces and would work well also...

Here you go:

P: iDadu padam tUkki ADum naTarAjanaDi paNivaiyE nenjE

Oh mind, please serve at the feet of that naTarAja who dances with his left foot raised.

A: paDa aravADa puliyadaLADa bhaktargaL jaya jaya enavE
puli patanjali iru kaN kuLira tillaiyilE

As he dances to the chanting of his praises by his devotees in cidambaram to the delight of patanjali and vyAghrapAda, the snake around his neck (with its hood fanned out), and his tiger-skin garments dance/move along.

C: tiruvaDi shilambugaL galIr galIrena

As he dances, his steps are so firm that the small bells on his anklets make a ringing sound

tirumuDi iLamadiyoLi paLIr paLIrena

And shining slivers of light from the crescent moon in his locks illuminate (the skies)

dhimi taka tarikiTa tOm ena tirumaal maddaLam adhira

As the maddalam that vishNu plays reverberates with the solkaTTu dhimi taka tarikiTa tOm,

shivakAmi maNALan tirucciTrambalam tanil punnakaiyOD-

the consort of SivakAmi dances in cidambaram with a smile illuminating his features.

Perhaps if Shreya feels like being innovative and a bit adventurous she could try dancing to this amazing Thillana on Lord Shiva's Ananda Natanam.
