Posting some corrections to what Meena had posted; Also aligned the text properly;

Meena, you can update your database. I have not indicated the corrections :) here

Hopefully I will add it to the wiki too.

Meaning: This song is in the form of a conversation between gopikas and Yashoda. In the pallavi and charaNas 1 &2, some of the gopika girls are complaining about KrSNas pranks, and in the last charaNa, yaSOda denies all the allegations saying he is just a baby.

pallavi: He came tip-toed. Listen, oh mother of gOpikas, he came tip-toed
anupallavi: You take to task, that prankster who came in tip-toed, kissed my cheek and ran away

charana 1: When I went to the market to sell milk, your son comes in the way and stope me and asks for milk tax! Keeps a stick as a hurdle, and pulls my saree and runs away!

charana 2: When I went to sell curd, your son stops me asking my name! He brings flowers to this beautiful maiden, and got those moon-faced girls pregnant ;)

charana 3: (Yashoda) Oh girls, how could you bring these complaints against my little rangayya? All of you now sing and swing my little son who is none other than the lord of all yogis, purandara viTThala himself.

basiru means pregnant/womb. Thats how the song is and it fits the context fine. There are many songs with such meanings and contexts- some more explicit even ;)
