A melodious ragam, rarely heard. Harikambodhi janyam.

It seems mAye tvam yAhi is about the only kriti that's sung in this ragam. What are some of the other important kritis?

I wish this ragam is heard more in concerts.

the version sung today is a corruption (20th century). tarangini has D1 and I believe is part of cArukEsi mELa. Some schools of dIkshitar tradition still sing it with D1. But like nagumOmu, that version has lost the popularity contest

IMHO, this version of tarangiNi or sudhA tarangiNi, as some people call it, is no different than janjhUTi at all - (without any anyaswara prayoga)
