With his deep, sonorous voice he never fails to make an impression. He brings a lot of fast paced Niraval and Lengthy KS but he usually shines in the vilamba.
Sri Soundara is one of my favourites and to hear it Live for the first time was Magic. The accompaniment was also so sensitive- percussion dropping off completely and the plaintive violin following the voice was unreal.
Vittal is another violin star in the making. I heard him with his Guru A Kanyakumari the previous day. Never fails to impress.
PS is shaping to be a wonderful mridangist and along with NG, they were on point with both slow and fast plus the Tami ofcouse.

Malathi
Where ever you go you have a kAmBOdhi thamizh krithi. I am guessing this krithi as NadamAdi Tirinda by pApavinasa mudaliar , one that TMK sings. For a person who claims is a nomad nadmAdi tirinda is an apt one
