Reason for posting here is if anyone can confirm that Smt Meenakshi Subramaniam mother of Smt Padma Subramaniam is indeed a composer and has composed Kruthis and also confirmation needed on this kruthi as well

Yes. Smt.Meenakshi was the first wife of Lawyer-director K.Subramanyam. she was a lyricist and music director also according to the cited link. She was the mother of Padma Subramanyam.
