My mother use to sing this I have the lyrics and the composer is mentioned in her book as Neela
Ram Murthy
I have no other information apart from this
I googled neela ram Murthy compositions
but this song is not there though

I do have many song lyrics by her in my collection but I am missing a couple of the booklets of her published songs. This particular song is one that I don't have.
