From this website you can download 4 volumes of Raganidhi which compares Karnatak and Hindustani ragas. It is in English and with Devanagarai notes.

Apart from bhagyalakshmi try also
Ragas in a.glance by Dr SR Janakiraman . I personally love that book

Thank you. Have you anyone read the book "Ragas in Indian Music" by V.K.Krishna Prasad. Is it better than other books.

I'd recommend Dr. S. Bhagyalakshmi's "Ragas in Carnatic Music" book.
