While not specifically solar eclipse, the navagraha kriti mahAsuram kEtum in CAmaram (ShanmukhapriyA) does refer to eclipses; "grahaNAdi kArya kAraNam" in the CaraNam.

Yesterday, as part of Madrasana's concert at Sathyam, Bombay Jayashri has rendered a sub-main in Soorya raga as an Ode to the Solar Eclipse and the sun. The composer is Madan Karky apparently. It's doing the rounds in social media since yesterday afternoon. Check out instagram / FB for snippets.
