Greetings,

I live in the Seattle metro area and am very interested in starting my violin classes all over again.I had learnt violin close to 5 years, but this was many moons ago and am starting to feel rusty.I would like to know if there is any one offering violin classes on an individual or group lessons basis around here??If someone could point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate that.

Also, where can I purchase a new/used carnatic stlye violin either in the Seattle area or online??

Thanks in advance,
Ananth

Raman Iyer teaches violin in groups. Although, given the number of Indians in Seattle, I wouldn't be surprised if there are many more giving individual lessons.

BTB, what is a 'carnatic style' violin ;) ?

I have had the privilege of being accompanied by Sri Raman Iyer in a concert once. He is an excellent violinist.
