Dhana dhanya pushpa bhara, a beautiful song in Bengali was written and composed by Dwijendralal Roy
dhana dhanya pushpa bhora,
amader ei basundhara,
tahar majhe achhe desh ek
sakal desher shera,
o shey shapno diye toiree se desh
smriti diye ghera,
emon deshti kothao khunje paabe naako tumi,
o shey shokol desher raani shey je
amaar janmabhumi
Blessed with wealth, adorned with flowers
This Mother Earth of ours,
In her midst is a nation
Most famed of all nations,
Oh that nation is made of dreams
Wrapped in memories,
You won't find a nation like this anywhere
Oh she is the queen of all nations,
She who is my motherland.
