asamAnamaina tillAnA muraLi nAda vinOdamaina tillAnA kuntalavarAli rAgamainadi

This tillAnA, set in (ainadi) in the rAga kuntalavarAli is without equal (asamAnamaina), being the magical/amazing (vinOdamaina) sound/music (nAdamaina) that emanates from the flute (muraLi).

Here, muraLi serves as both a flute and the composer's mudra.
