A simple interpretation of
A Gopi is complaining!
You!
வாத = arguing
Krishna!
Give/Play
Love tune.
Not playing
வாத = arguing
Krishna
You (are)

The lucky wife of our Pasupati exclaims:
(My auspicious husband is very gentle!)
In fact she is doing an affectionate

CML's post 220 simple Interpretation superb! ( ஓதா= not studying)
post 221:]சுபதி பசுபதி பசு is a wonderful coinage. With your permission to use this mould, I would add one letter(நீ), two letters, three letters, five letters and get nice combinations.:
Your mould gives also a scope for a gopucham

Lovely!
I still do not get the origin of the word மாலை மாற்று to mean Palindrome.
It must be part of aNi ilakkaNam. Are there any historical references in old Tamil literature?
Did Kambar ever use it?

One more!
நீ வா பசுபதி = you (please) come Pasupathy
தா விகடகவி = give (us) (palindromic) verses
தாதி பசு = (like a) nursing cow
பவா நீ = are you (or you have become)
(பவா = bhavA = you become )
Pasupathy is like a nursing cow giving nectarine
palindomic verses in sweet Tamil!

I have written a few English articles on Palindromes. Here's one...just for a change in language, than in taste!...It was published in a magazine of chennaionline ..many years ago...
The pdf file is downloadable from my dropbox:

Let me know if there is a problem. This is the first time I'm using Dropbox.
Thanks.

Wonderful, Dr Pasupathy. Not only you have found countless palindromes in English but you have ingeniously included them in the form of a story which is indeed amazing.

Lawrence Levine, author of 'Dr Awkward & Olson in Oslo' writes:-
"The long voyage between my first tentative effort at constructing a short palindrome of some forty letters, and the eventual completion of a palindromic novel numbering 31,594 words (or approximately 104,000 letters) some twenty years later, was an unrelenting lesson in many disciplines. ... ... ..."

Somebody (? Pasupathy) should create more interesting poems and articles in Tamil in Palindromic style!
And there should be a literary award!
