Here is the meaning with some minor correction to the lyrics.
It is a lovely composition - I loved the music. Who is composer? I would like to get/hear the caraNasvara sAhityams and the other caraNa svara passages.

I came (vandEn) in haste (ODi) to taken in/gaze upon/see (kANavE) your (undan) graceful form (kOlam) that resides (vAzhum) in kOlhApur (kOlApurattil)!

ezhil maNiyE Ezhu malai vAsanai maNam koLLa vanda padmAvatiyE
Oh graceful/beautiful (ezhil) gem (maNiyE), Oh padmAvati, who appeared (vanda) to wed (maNam koLLa) the resident/Lord (vAsanai) of the seven (Ezhu) hills (malai)!

One who arose (udittavaLE) from the milky ocean (pArkaDalinil), and occupied (koNDavaLE) the temple (kOvil) with (uDan) the supreme being (parama purushar) [1]! Oh mother (annaiyE), why (EnO) is there this hesitation/delay (tAmadam) in your mind/heart (mana) in protecting (kAkka) us (yemmai), Oh lady (mangaiyE) who is seated upon (mEl) a (lotus) flower (alar)?

Dear Lakshman sir and Shankar sir, thanks for the contribution.

Most of the new pada varnams i posted here are the ones that are made exclusively for competitions in School Kalolsavam (School Youth Festival) in Kerala. Time allowed for Bharathnatyam is 10 mins, there is time constraint to perform all the 4 charana swaras. As of now, i am not sure of the composer. If i get to know, will post it here again.
