* I have read paramacharya explanation on "Naivedhyam".
* I am unable to explain my children &grand ones the significance of certain foods being odffered-payasam, Sundal, appam, Vadai, Butter, milk, Ghee (as offering in Homa),Murukku seedai ,Thayir sadam (In sikkil for anjaneyar),Pongal .Adai during karadaiyan nombu, Kali &thalagam during Thiruvathirai &now Panagam neermore for sri rama navami,veppam poo rasam on Chithra Vishu
*Also want to know are these offerings have something to do with seasonal availability/suitability &from general health point of view . I also read the significance of karamani kadalai mixed in Kara adai (Nonbu).
