Music credits for Pre-Triniy compositions
The original tunes for many of the pre-trinity composer's works such as Purandara dasaru, Vyasa rayaru and Annamacharyulu are lost over time and many modern musicians have given life to these wonderful lyrics by setting them to contemporary Carnatic music tunes. Great keertans such as 'kRshnA nI bEganE bAro' and 'Sriman nArayaNa' would not have been so popular, if not for those immortal tunes they have been set to. It will be nice to know who's musical genius we are indebted to while enjoying these compositions. There seems to be an effort to compile this information on Wikipedia, (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Annamacharya#Compositions) but I am not sure if anyone is actively updating this information.

Naanati was not tuned by Kadayanallur. However he did improvise and polish the original tune.
Entamatramu was also set to tune by KV.

Karaharapriya and Revathi was by Sri nedunuri - MSS made a comment that Nedunuri should be awarded the SK for just the Revathi kriti. Mentioned in some interview / article which I have read - cant place my hands though. And MSS has learnt many of the kritis tuned by Nedunuri him.

Re: Music credits for Pre-Triniy compositions
One of the earliest books of Annamacharya had 2 parts - the 1st 20 songs or so, tuned by Ralepalli Anantakrishna Sharma sir (including songs like Brahmakadagina, Alamelu manga - Bhairavi, Alarulu guriyaka - Shankarabharanam) and the next one by Shri Nedanoori sir (including Nanati, Bhavamulona - Shuddhadhanyasi etc).
During my current jugalbandi tour with Dr Balamurali sir, I happened to discuss about tunes of songs like Nanati bratuku. He confirmed that he had tuned it in a different raga as he felt Revati was not really appropriate for the lyrics/sentiments. There is another version of Nanati, set to music by Dr Lokanatha Sharma in Shubhapantuvarali.
Many Purandara Dasa krtis popularised by Dr MLV were set to music by her mother, Smt Lalitangi. However, there are several versions for many songs of both PD and Annamaiya.
Semmangudi sir tuned about 30 songs of Sadashiva Brahmendra, most of which are popular. But again, there are alternate melodies set by Dr Balamurali sir, Shri Nedanuri sir and others.

okapari and nAnATi were definitely tuned by Sri.Nedunuri. Sri.BMK sings nAnATi in mukhAri (the original ragam mentioned in the copper plates, I think) - a very folksy tune.
