It is in Telugu.
Lji - is that the entire Sabdam? And I think the word prakaTambuka should be prakaTambuga

For the poets proclaiming that you are Propitious,good charectered,fearful to the enemies,
you are The Great Grandfather among the Grandfathers.Obseience to You, Lord, The Great Grandfather
Obseience Lord.
Brahma is addressed as pitAmaha, grandfather. He's the original first creature in this material world, in this universe, and everyone has come from him. Therefore he is called pitAmaha.{ grandfather, tAta}

shrIkarA! suguNAkarA! ripubhIkarAyani prakaTambuga pogaDugavulaku dAtalan neradAtavai namah prabhO (nera dAtavai namah prabhO)
A couple of minor emendations in the text. Most sabdams, like salAm daruvus, are dedicated to patrons, and often to deities. In this case I think it is dAta and nera-dAta, meaning patron / donor.
