Thank you for your fantastic support
We had some starting trouble & some minor technical glitches initially at the venue, but all those were resolved quickly by our valiant volunteers. Please understand that it is a huuuge commitment on their behalf as they are no different from all of you. A lot of them are taking off from work/family and taking this task up purely for the love of music! Though they are technically sound (pun intended), some things are beyond our control. Our site, payment system, and package/user management system have undergone a lot of refinement. In regards to this, we have received appreciation as well as some criticism...Thank you for both, as it helps us to improve the entire process.
Honestly, We are all learning new technologies and processes every day and understanding our rasikas and their requirements better - for instance, one of the viewers requested Ads to be 'free of alcohol, and non-veg food'....we were initially amused but not sure how we could satisfy this need, as the Ads come from other service providers directly without any filtering! On the other hand, for a rasika who came to us with multiple login issues, the resolution was promptly made.

Oh - and It was a great day at be at the Cleveland Aradhana Festival and a lot of you could be part of it remotely. The pancharatnam rendition and Shankar Mahadevan's concerts were some of the highlights of the day.

We feel glad to be a part of this entire process and derive our inspiration from that fact - a truly heartfelt statement!
