lyrics and meaning for Ardhanareeshwaram Akhila Jagatarakam

The song is composed by Panyam Seetarama Sharma. I searched for this google unsuccessfully. There is in fact a dance DVD by Medha Hari who performed this dance. Looking for lyrics and meaning if possible. I think it is set to Ragamalika. Thanks, Janaki
