A stage for rasikas to express their views on musical issues and display their talents!
When: 5 pm, 13th to 30th of December, 2009
Where: Kamakoti Hall, Krishna Gana Sabha
This is a fun event - every evening, rasikas can interact with a celebrity on a particular musical issue/topic. Besides, there will be quizzes and anthaksharis. After this, there will be a unique session where rasikas will be given the stage to perform! If you're a bathroom/amateur singer, this is your opportunity to perform to a live, appreciative audience, like your favourite musicians!
On 13th, Ashok Ramani will interact with rasikas on the topic ‘The Margazhi effect in Carnatic music’. On 14th, Suryaprakash will share his views on ‘Carnatic Concert Powerplay’.
All rasikas, music students, teachers and musicians are welcome to both events. Please register yourselves at the venue or pick up your registration forms from Sri Krishna Sweets outlets.
