Lji, Nice to see you yesterday. The Sriragam piece is Sri pArvati paramadvaita shivE. The violinist was S Varadarajan and Neyveli Venkatesh on mridangam.

It was an incredible concert; testimony to why Sanjay is the top performer in the field today. The Neraval in Attarunam and the tanam in Kalyanavasantham were both spectacular. Every brigha that he attempted just seemed to land in the right spot.

The angai KoDumalar is by thayumAnavar
The ADUm mayilAi , I think is by papanasam shivan.
WOW 4 hours concert must have been splendid. Kudos to all of them for giving such spectacular long concerts

It was in dEs. We are so used to listening to this being sung in Arabhi, it is hard to imagine hearing it in any other raga.

Shouldn't the viruttam lyrics be "vanbum eLimaiyum" rather than "vambum...", which kind of changes the meaning?

the pallavi text probably is

"thiru murugA guru-barA kumarA guhA vA en kurai agala varam aruL" in chatusra triputa.
I recall hearing this pallavi line in my earlier days.
