Ambujam Krishna's guruvAyUrappanE appan can be danced as a kIrtana, and there are many compositions of a Vellore Sri Srinivasan on guruvAyUrappan that would also fit the bill.

Krishnaa - cheti mandaram - just the song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ch25qcAdlCA

Here is another on baby (unni) krishNa - the little krishNa of guruvAyUr - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QKGMXtjY ... re=related - gracefully performed in the captivating style of the enchantress - the song is originally from a famous movie called cembaratti - may not be strictly on the Lord of guru-vAta puram.

These links have the lyrics for Sri Srinivasan's composition in behAg and tilang:

And here are a couple in yamankalyAn and sahAnA - no lyrics, but I think you can write them down:

'Om Namo Narayana endru' in Karnaranjini by Ambujam Krishna in M. Chapu is specifically on Guruvayurappa.

Ravi,
the cheti mandaram was beautiful... :) i loved it!
the mohiniyattom was also good, it would be better if i could have the lyrics clarified... any help with that???
i was listening to the krithis of Sri Srinivasan, i managed to go through just one until now. Sridhara madhava. but it is not a danceable version right? but it was simple nectar for the ears!
thanks again!
