I know we have beaten this topic to death :) But search is not revealing the posts I want now!

I am giving small lec-dem tomorrow about the concept of graha-bheda, and how it is used to some music students.

I am looking for audio examples ( preferably from concerts) ; Unfortunately I have never put tags on to tracks I have or listened to on sites such as Sangeethapriya. Although I can sing and show, illustrating examples from professionals is better :) Right?

If you know a specific track has a grahabheda done, please post the link here.

That will definitely help me. Sorry for the late request.

Ramakriya: A recent thread http://rasikas.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=7587/sruti-bedham/ led me to http://raagarasika.com/default.aspx where the last two pod casts ( episode 21 and 22 ) are about this topic.

Vidya uses a LGJ violin example to illustrate the nattakurinji-Neelambari shift. It will be good to get the full alapana of that piece for illustration. May be they can help you with that.
She also sings Mohanam to Madhyamavathi shift in episode 21.

vk, cmlover,

Here you go - Although I do not expect there is anything new here, that you already do not know!

http://neelanjana.wordpress.com/2008/12 ... ers-guide/

As I say in the post, comments are welcome, and more so in the form of nice graha bheda examples! I have few more clips that I would try to attach to the same post in a few days time.

Thank you Ramakriya!
I just visited your graha shortly; you were quite busy but there is no bheda on my part though you were talking about grahabheda with the kids as I was gettting fascinated but left in a hurry. I will come back since the kids have the priority :)

The presentation has come off excellent and appears to be at an adult level as I started listening to BMK and your interpretng the theory graphically (which I could not see clearly from my remote graha but hear it clearly to get an understanding.

Will ask questions later! (am not as smart as your precocious students :)

THANKS
