I wish them best of luck - musically rich brothers who have a gripping style of presentation. Just one tiny bit of advice , if they get one Bollywood movie , let them act for 15 mins where they sing for just 5 mins say shree varalakshmi in shree rAgam - muttuswami dikshitar in sanskrit(more near to HIndi than telugu,thamizh and kanada and malayalam), that will catapult their rise much faster.

Now their dad is settled in chennai ,I also would like their father Trichur Mohan to play regularly for more artists , I see him only with his sons and just one artist other than his son , he always reminds me of vellore rAmabadran.

These brothers are my perennial favourites. Their Intense Karnatakam sangeetham is getting slowly morophed into fusion and populist route . They are going to be more and more popular - who knows this album can be the next colonial cousins for my next gen. But deep down I was thinking TRS mama creativity of intense karnatakam is getting slowly faded.

This year 2015 , I see that Karthik Fine arts has awarded Trichur Brothers Isai Peroli award. Best wishes on the prestigious award

Just saw some news in intenet .Few days back Trichur Brothers received sangeet natak bismillah khan yuva puraskar award . The awards are announced in june but they were awarded only few days back. Yuva Puraskar is awarded for artist under the age of 40. I also noticed apart from the brothers srikrishna and ramkumar mohan , ashwin anand (veena), sai giridhar (mrudangam) and B S sundarkumar (kanjira) were given this yuva puraskar award . Congratulations and Best wishes to all the 5 artists.
