Wonder whether a copy is still available.

The title of the book is vīṇā vēṅkaṭagiriyappanavara kr̥tigaḷu in Kannada authored by RN Doreswami (not the iyengar sangīta kalānidhi laureate, another vidvān by the same name from Mysore) and published by Mysore University in 1980. Maybe you could ask the institution whether they have copies.
