For quite some time I am longing for a jugalbandi of Dr.N. Rajam and Ustad Bismillah Khan. Can Shri Coolkarniji oblige by uploading the concert held at Varanasi few years ago on the occassion of Ganga Mahotsava telecast live over DD.

In a recent promotional video cd brought out by Doordarshan , they showcased over 100 albums that are going to hit the stands.
One of them is the concert you are referring to.

I am yet to see them on the shelves at Doordarshan

This bunch covers many artists-including dancers. I had never seen on screen.One particular tabla recital by Samtha Prasad is breathtaking

any other jugalbandi will do ???

And I forgot to add this was a favourite of my Dad too.
He held a strong belief , right upto his passing away , that TNK probably soaked his bow in honey, overnight , before a concert .
To his mind ,There was no other explanation for the sweetness that TNK produced ..
