Umesh : Here is my attempt. Some phrases are not clear.

gaurI nAyaka - Lord of Gauri (Parvati)
ghana shubha dAyaka - giver of immense good
kamalA kAnta sAyaka - one whose arrow is Vishnu the lord of Lakshmi ( this happened during tripura samhara)
kAla kAla - destroyer of Yama the god ofdeath
shUla kara = trident-toter
gangAdhara - one bearing Ganga on his head
purahara - destroyer of the 3 citadels of the asuras
gaja carmAmbara - one wearing the elephant-hide
kAla kaNTha - black-throated (with the poison)
sundara mandira gAyaka kEsara bhUsura naravara -
- one having a beautiful abode with singers, priests and kings ( ?)
sthiragiri kArmukha - one holding the Meru mountain as a bow
kAla - ?
kanaka sabhA naTarAja - dancer of the golden hall
mAmava - protect me.

IIRC, it was rendered by the Bombay Sisters for a commercial album consisting exclusively of tillAnAs. Also, suguNA purushOttaman infrequently performs the piece (its a difficult tALa).

The Bombay Sisters' rendition:

Thank you, Rajani. I will check the lyrics with my recording.
I'm going by some dance recording I happened to find. The sahityam is the same as what Meena has posted, but the jathis are all different. I don't know who the artist is, and I'd post it here if it wasn't commercial...
