Normally on deepavali day, all the channels repeatedly arrange programmes centered around films,such as new releases, celebration by actors and actresses, music from new films and patti mndrams(should be paatti(grandmother mandrams)etc but JAYATV arranged aprogramme titled laya and raaga,an ensemble entirely by women artists, withveena,mridingam,ghatam etc but the otstanding performance was by SukanyaRamgopal, playing 6 ghatams, like jalatarangam . wonderful, novel,creative,excellent .heartiest thanks, I am sorry Iforgot the names of other players , thanks Jaya tv. keep it up .gobilalitha

I expect some rasika to inform whether the feat of performing with 6 ghatams by sukanya ramgopal is a novel exercise .gobilalitha

IIRC, Shri V Suresh performed the same on "Nayyandi Darbar" (hosted by "Yuhi" Sethu), a popular show on Vijay TV some 7 years ago....
