vEga vAhinIM vANIm -(Raga mudra) the flowing river of knowledge (Vedic civilisation is called Sarasvati civilisation, Swami Vivekananda even pointed out the exact spot through his mystical vision of the river), Goddess of Speech Sarasvati

ENAGka yuta - adorned with the moon (bearing the deer image)
jaTAjUTa makuTAM -with matted locks as/and the crown
tAM - Her
EkAgra citta - with single pointed mind
nidhyAtAM - to be meditated upon

parAdi - the four vidyas of Devi worship starting with Para
akhila - entire
Sabda - knowledge
svarUpa - collective body
avakASAM - The one encompassing it
paurNamI candrikA - the moonlight of the full moon
dhavaLa sankASAM - with her physical form as white as
karAravindAM - her hands are lotus-like
kalyANadAM - giver of auspiciousness
bhAshAM - the Goddess of speech
kanaka campaka - golden coloured Champaka flowers

bhUshA -wearing
viSEshAm - resplendent as such
nirantaraM - always
bhakta jihvAgra vAsAM - residing at the tip of devotees' tongues
nikhila prapanca - entire creation of five elements
sankOca vikAsAM - who is ever expanding it from its compactness
narAdhamAnana - faces of despicable men
vilOka SOkApahAM - remover of the distress caused by gazing on (those faces)
