Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Extending a hearty welcome and expecting your hearty support for Appa's concert on Aug 19th Sunday on behalf of Rasikas.org at Mr. Shyamkalyan's residence(Mantra) in Lake Area ,Nungambakkam.

SPECIAL EMPHASIS ON HARIKESANALLUR MUTHIAH BHAGAVATHAR'S COMPOSITIONS

(at 5.30 P.M. sharp) after a get-together and teatime at 5.00 P.M.

Dearmost rasikas are always our priceless treasure and it is your encouragement and appreciation we value most. As true lovers of music, I am sure all of you will not forget to attend and boost Appa's concert on that day .
Your participation will be the greatest gift for us.

It is for your convenience that we are starting the programme at 5.30 P.M. so that you can go home early after the performance and have a good night sleep and get fresh for the hectic Monday's work schedule.

Expecting eagerly your esteemed honourable presence on Sunday 19th Aug evening, which would make Appa,nearing the age of 85, most joyful.

I request all my dear and precious fellow artists,fellow members and rasikas
to treat this as my personal invitation and attend ,without fail, and make it a grand occasion.

MaNakkAl with focus on HMB! That is very special. I am sure our maestro will recall his early day 'historic' interactions with the great HMB. Those of us abroad who can only send our greetings however look forward to getting a vicarious feed from the audio/video (which I am sure will be made available as also a vigorous review from our Rasika Team!

Thank you, I'm fairly certain I will be there --- but I know of several rasikas regulars who will be away, even out of the country, so do spread the invitation widely so as not to disappoint the musicians,

Dear Rasikas,
Appa's Kutchery (scheduled on 19th Aug) organised by rasikas.org is postponed to 25th Aug Saturday for the convenience of Rasikas as most of them are already having tight personal commitments on 19th Aug and disappointed that they would miss the programme. The venue and accompaniments would be the same as already noted. The timing would be 6.00 to 6.30p.m. get-together and
the Kutchery will commence at 6.30 P.M. Extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused to Rasikas who had already been prepared for Aug 19th.
RASIKAS, REMEMBER TO NOTE THE CHNAGE IN DATE.
WE WILL ALL MEET ON 25TH AUG WITH GREAT SPIRITS.

Dear Rasikas,
Hope you all remember.Tomorrow 25th we will all meet at Shyam's house
18,2nd street, lake area, Nungambakkam(behind Valluvar Kottam), near the Tennis Stadium, at 6.00 P.M.(Get together) and the Kutchery will commence immediately after tea. Amma is giving vocal support and Chandru Mama is on the Violin.
Emphasis will be on Harikesanallur Muthiah Bhagavathar's compositions as per the request of Rasikas.
I had previously noted the timing of the Kutcheri at 6.30P.M. But, if you all turn up early, we can start it earlier also.(maybe 6.00 or 6.15). It depends on your early arrival.

Is that by the girls' school?

I will pass Valluvar Kottam, take left fork as if turning to take Tank Bund Road, but take immediate sharper left, then take right after school. I have wondered where that road went!

Is this right?

it is close to the Nungambakkam tennis stadium. lake area is behind valluvar kottam. I am not sure which school u r referring to
